Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before starting your project.
Getting Started
How fast can my website be launched?+
Turnaround depends on your selected package. Our Startup Web (1 page) is typically completed in 3 to 5 business days, while our Business Web (7 pages) and Professional Web (10 pages) packages are usually delivered in 7 to 14 business days, complete with responsive design, content upload, and payment integration.
What do you need from me to get started?+
Your logo (if you have one), any brand colors or fonts you use, the text and images for your pages, and a short description of what you want the site to accomplish. If you don't have all of this ready, we can help you put it together during the discovery step.
Do I need to sign a contract?+
Yes. Every project starts with a written scope of work that spells out deliverables, timeline, and price before any work begins or payment is collected.
Pricing & Payments
Are all packages truly e-commerce ready with payment processing?+
Yes — every package includes e-commerce functionality and secure payment processing integration (Stripe, PayPal, or your preferred gateway) so you can accept customer payments from day one.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer. A deposit is due before work begins, with the remaining balance due before final launch, as outlined in your project agreement.
Is there a refund if I'm not satisfied?+
Yes, under the terms of our Refund Policy. In short: if we fail to deliver what was agreed in your written scope, you're entitled to a refund for undelivered work. Full terms are on our Refund Policy page.
Ongoing Support
Can I easily update text and photos after launch?+
Absolutely. We specialize in CMS website design (including WordPress) and build client-friendly editing workflows. You'll get a clean admin dashboard where you can edit content, upload new imagery, or publish blog posts without writing any code.
What does your support window include?+
Every package includes a defined post-launch support period (covering bug fixes and small adjustments) as stated in your project agreement. Ongoing maintenance beyond that window is available through our Care Plans — see the Packages page.
Do you provide revisions before going live?+
Yes. Every project includes structured review cycles. We share staging links so you can test functionality, give feedback, and request styling adjustments before launch.
