1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services purchased from Apex Web Expert ("we," "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide website design and development services as described on our Packages page. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any paid engagement will be set out in a separate written project agreement, which takes precedence over the general package descriptions on this site.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due before final delivery/launch. Prices listed on this site are in USD and subject to change for new projects.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website files, custom code, and content created specifically for you. We retain the right to display completed work in our own portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary access (e.g. hosting/domain credentials) needed to complete the project. Delays caused by missing input may extend the delivery timeline.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
